Q. What does the name mean?
A. ‘zomgpwn3d’ is a combination of two phrases:
From urbandictionary.com:
zomg: zOMG is a variant of the all-too-popular acronym “OMG”, meaning “Oh My
God”. The “z” was originally a mistake while attempting to hit the shift
key with the left hand, and type “OMG”
Also used in all-caps, ‘ZOMG’ is generally used in a sarcastic
manner, more often than not a humiliating fashion. It is also used as
a device for stating the obvious.
“zOMG! you r teh winz!!one!!eleven!”
and:
pwn3d: 1: Losing badly at something; 2: l337 (online) slang for ‘owned’; 3: The mis-spelling of ‘owned’; 4: Getting showed up/embarrassed in a public event by someone/something

I first heard the two put together at the end of this hilarious video by YouTuber Blunty3000 and thought it was genius. It pretty much embodies the spirit of this blog, so it became the new name.
